One of the great things about writing in this day and age is the amount of control authors now have. Years ago I would send in my manuscript, the editor might or might not make some suggestions. They would send me check and a year later my book would show up on bookstore shelves. Sounds great except for a few minor details. One of those details was the book cover. As the author I had no input into what sort of cover I thought would work best. After all, they were the professionals, right? Ugh!
Now a days I get to choose. I wrote a book which I called ANNIKA. It did pretty well but after awhile I decided to change the picture on the cover. Great, it did even better. Now I've decided to not only change the cover again, but this time I'm also going to change the title. From now on the title is ON DANGEROUS GROUND.
