The sun is shining, the winds are soft from the bay and the white, and pink, and blue, and all the soft colors of the rainbow are shining. Even the hills that require mountain goat stamina are inviting.
And the food!
Italian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, French, Turkish, and an occasional hamburger are spread before the the natives and tourists alike as if conjured by a genie.
If you think I'm exaggerating, come see for yourself.
But the best part of SF are all my old friends that I haven't seen in years. I used to live in SF and made some wonderful friends. Now that I've come down off my Taos mountain top I'm having a wonderful time renewing one of the treasures of life, friendship.
